CoopB™ provides its services (described below) to you through its website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform” or “Services”), subject to these Terms and Conditions (referred to as the “Terms”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. CoopB™ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and all changes will be effective upon posting. Notification of changes will be sent to your registered email address and will constitute official notice. Your continued use of the Services after any such updates will indicate your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Services immediately. CoopB™ may communicate official updates or notices via email. It is your responsibility to maintain accurate and current contact information in your account.
Description of Services
The Services include, but are not limited to, providing a platform where individuals or entities (“Global Business Owners” or “GBOs”) can create fundraising campaigns (“Campaigns”) and accept monetary contributions (“Royalties”) from other users. CoopB™ also facilitates contributions to registered charitable organizations (“Charities”) through the Platform. Users interacting with Campaigns or Charities agree to comply with these Terms.

Fees and Payments
Fees: CoopB™ retains an admin fee for its Services. Additional third-party payment processing fees apply. Fee structures and payment terms are available at: CoopB Pricing. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Recurring Contributions: If you choose to contribute on a recurring basis, you authorize CoopB™ to charge your payment instrument periodically until you cancel. Changes to your payment method must be promptly updated in your account. Chargebacks: It is illegal to request chargebacks for valid transactions. CoopB™ will cooperate with banks and credit card issuers to prevent fraudulent activity and reserves the right to terminate accounts involved in chargeback disputes.Termination of Membership
CoopB™ reserves the right to terminate any account or membership for any reason, including but not limited to, the following circumstances: Copyright Infringement: Unauthorized use of CoopB™ intellectual property, including logos, branding, proprietary terms (such as Cooperative Universal Income Replacement and Crowdfunding 2.0), and marketing materials, will result in immediate termination and potential legal action. Behavior Detrimental to CoopB™: Harmful or disruptive actions, including harassment, defamatory statements, or attempts to sabotage CoopB™ systems, will result in termination. Misrepresentation: Intentional or reckless misrepresentation of CoopB™’s purpose, services, or policies constitutes grounds for termination. Fraud or Manipulation: Engaging in fraudulent activity, manipulating the system, or violating Cooperative Principles will result in membership termination. Inactivity: Accounts deemed inactive for an extended period may be terminated, provided reasonable notice is given. Notification of Termination: All notices of termination will be sent to your registered email address, detailing the reason for termination and its effective date. Forfeiture of Benefits and Tokens Upon termination, all benefits, accrued income, and CoopB™ tokens are forfeited. Refunds will not be issued unless otherwise specified. Appeals You may appeal a termination decision by submitting a written request to CoopB™ via email at legal@CoopB.com within 14 days of the termination notice.User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for the accuracy of data shared, and compliance with applicable laws. Prohibited activities include: Uploading illegal, defamatory, or infringing content. Misusing funds for banned or illegal purposes. Attempting to bypass security measures or commit fraud. Violations may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.Dispute Resolution by Binding Arbitration
Disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under the Arbitration Act, Cap. 110 of Barbados. Arbitration will take place in Barbados and will follow local rules. Arbitration decisions are final and binding. Class actions are not permitted.Arbitration Process
A party seeking arbitration must send a written Notice of Dispute via email to legal@CoopB.com. Arbitration hearings for claims under $10,000 may be conducted virtually or based on submitted documents.Limitation of Liability
CoopB™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, or data. CoopB™’s total liability for all claims will not exceed the total amount paid by you to CoopB™ in the past six months or $100, whichever is greater. Users waive rights to jury trials and class action claims to the extent permitted by law.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Barbados. Disputes not subject to arbitration will be resolved in the courts of Bridgetown, Barbados.Notices
All official notices will be served via email to the email address associated with your account. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact information is accurate and up to date. Failure to receive notices due to outdated contact information does not absolve you of responsibility under these Terms.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoopB™, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and any additional agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and CoopB™. Any conflicting prior agreements are superseded.
